002 · Healthcare claims

In development

Codename: Nuvi

Problem space
Healthcare claims still move through systems built decades ago — every claim crossing a patchwork of adjudication engines, member records, provider files, and EDI feeds.
Thesis
Nuvi rebuilds the whole line as one modern platform — claims adjudication, member management, provider services, and EDI processing, built as independent services that work as one.

003 · Drug-pricing intelligence

In development

Codename: PharmaShield

Problem space
Nobody in the US actually knows what a prescription drug costs — the same pill carries a different price through every lens, in every county, on every day.
Thesis
PharmaShield reads them all and answers with one trustworthy number — drug by drug, place by place — with the decision tools PBMs and health plans need on top.

004 · IT financial planning

In development

Codename: LedgerFlow

Problem space
IT spend lives in a dozen spreadsheets — software contracts here, capital projects there, consulting and recurring admin spend nowhere anyone can see at once.
Thesis
LedgerFlow puts every dollar in one place — tracked across cost centers, teams, and budget types, from contract renewal to capital project.

That's all we'll say for now. No launch dates, no waitlist counters, no screenshots of things that don't exist yet.

We don't announce dates. We announce launches.

How products get here

The bench isn't a wish list. It's a queue.

Challenge the idea.

Nothing gets built because it's clever. Every idea is contested internally, and most don't survive.

Weave technology, people, and process.

The survivors are designed as one system — the software, the people who use it, the process it lives in.

Ship for outcomes.

A product leaves the bench when it can be judged by the result it creates, not the features it lists.

Running a home-services business?

Missed calls are missed revenue. The fix is in private beta.
